We are looking for a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member who is also a licensed Dental Assistant. This dual-role position requires a professional who can manage front desk responsibilities with efficiency and provide clinical support as a Dental Assistant when needed.

Note: Schedule is flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, projecting a positive and welcoming image of our practice.
• Efficiently manage patient check-ins, scheduling, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
• Handle financial transactions, verify insurance details, and ensure that all necessary patient forms are completed and processed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Dental Assistant Duties:

• Assist dentists and hygienists in dental procedures including preparation and maintenance of dental instruments and supplies.
• Provide chairside assistance efficiently and in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Take dental radiographs and manage laboratory duties as required.
