Full time Hygienist wanted to join our FQHC family dental clinic. We provide general dentistry services for children and adults. Currently, United Community Health Center has two dental clinics with plans to expand. We also treat patients at schools in our area using the mobile dental units.

HPSA score of 21 Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Conversational Spanish is helpful.
Refined communication skills preferred.
Excellent ability to educate, explain, and calm patients.
Must work well within a team.
High emotional intelligence
Expected to perform all aspects of modern dental hygiene practices.


Unrestricted license to practice dental hygiene in the State of Arizona
Current CPR (BLS) certification
Ability to be credentialed with AHCCCS and other dental insurance accepted by UCHC
Valid Arizona driver’s license
