Looking for energetic individual with outstanding customer services, must be responsible, fast leaner, able to problem solve with out assistance, reliable and respectful team player
Job Duties
Knowledge in all areas of dentistry, implants, perio and ortho
Scheduling all incoming patient calls.
Contacting patients who have missed their appointments and getting them scheduled.
Ensuring patients arrive on time for their appointments.
Checking all eligibility for HMO and PPO patients
**Able to present cases and close all cases with a successful closing ratio of 90%
Most be able to work under pressure
Collecting co-pay from patients.
Posting and submitting HMO and PPO dental claims
Following up with insurances for the patients.
Stopping distractions from entering the office and disrupting production (like sales people or others that don’t have an appointment or aren’t productive.)
Handling upset patients so they understand where things went wrong and can move on and continue to work with the practice.
Ask for and getting referrals from patients.
