Job Description

High quality fee for service dental office in the West Valley looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator that exudes a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.

Our two-doctor practice has a dynamic team of 15 talented individuals. The perfect candidate would have excellent communication skills, professional appearance and ability to multi-task. This is a high functioning and high-volume dental office with 5-star customer service.

You'll be an important member of the office, helping patients to gain a greater understanding of their treatment and dental health benefits. You'll help them manage the financial commitments associated with their care, along with any future appointments they need to manage their care. You will help them understand the value of their investment in their dental treatment.

You will also be responsible for the following:

Effectively communicate and explain treatment plans and any changes in treatment plans to patients.
Answer questions related to treatment pans to help the patients understand the value of the treatment.
Coordinate insurance benefits and make financial arrangements, verifying insurance benefits and limitations
Offer front office support as needed to answer phones, make appointments, check out patients

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years related dental front office experience

Must be proficient in Dentrix
