Who We're Looking For

We are currently seeking a personable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Office Team Member. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience working in a dental  office setting preferred
• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols associated with Comprehensive dentistry such as: Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry.  
• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments and addressing patient inquiries 
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage, accurately entering data into the practice management system
• Collect and process patient payments, including co-pays and deductibles
• Coordinate treatment plans and appointments with the clinical team, optimizing scheduling efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area, restocking supplies as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care
