Our team is growing, and we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As a Treatment Coordinator at Acevedo Dental Group, you will play a crucial role in the patient care process, ensuring that all aspects of treatment planning and coordination are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for patients undergoing treatment, responsible for educating them about their treatment options, coordinating appointments, and managing financial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct Morning Huddles to ensure the team is informed and aligned for the day's activities.
- Manage and prepare Routers, sending them to the manager and auditor, ensuring all patient documents are complete and accurate.
- Develop and execute treatment agreements, adhering strictly to established protocols.
- Process applications with financial institutions and manage the financial aspects of patient care.
- Upload all necessary documents to the document center, maintaining a meticulous record.
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring patient files in the Journal daily and maintain patient credit on a weekly basis.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, dental team members, and external parties regarding treatment plans and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish, as 90% of our patients are Spanish-speaking.
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office setting.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in dental office software and financial applications.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and adherence to privacy regulations.
