About the role

Burns Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join the Sun City/Sun City West office of our highly successful Dentistry Team. Burns Front Admins are responsible for creating a dynamic and memorable patient experience they won’t receive anywhere else.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Be front stage for our patients, both in person and on the phone
Create a positive experience for our patients that they won't forget
Play an integral part of our providers w/ their treatment presentation, planning, and scheduling, ensuring to maximize productivity
Provide necessary information to patients, including their financial investments and how they can maximize their insurance benefits
Continue building our patient base by establishing and nurturing patient relationships.

These are the skills you’ll bring with you: (QUALIFICATIONS)

Knowledge of general dentistry with at least 2 years of experience
Attention to detail and ability to easily and quickly switch tasks
Be comfortable in a sales environment
Effectively communicate with team and patients
Comfortable discussing finances with patients and managing their accounts
