About the role
Burns Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to join the Sun City and Sun City West office of our highly successful Dental Assistant Team. Burns Dental Assistants are responsible for creating a dynamic and memorable patient experience they won’t receive anywhere else.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Create a positive experience that patients won’t forget
- Build rapport with patients to ensure they’re extremely happy
- Be the go-to person with patients from beginning to end
- Assist and prep your team’s doctor to ensure a smooth and seamless workflow
- Keep the patients returning and making sure their follow up appointment is scheduled
- Gather patient testimonials
- Review and present patient treatments
- Proactively support other team members and pods

- Knowledge of general dentistry
- Attention to detail in setup and record keeping
- Able to easily and quickly switch tasks
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist the doctor during exams and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Accurately record dental histories of patients
