Job Description

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

Now located in Scottsdale, AZ, Brilliant Smiles Dentistry is a privately owned office looking for a full time treatment coordinator to join our growing team! After 90 days we offer paid holidays, dental discounts for treatment, and sick/pto time.

Who We're Looking For

Preferred 1+ years experience in dental or front office.
Availability between 7 AM- 5 PM Monday- Thursday, 7 AM- 2 PM Friday.
Ability to multi-task while providing a great patient experience.

Responsibilities

Check in/out and scheduling.
Insurance verifications for hygiene patients.
Customer service (answering phones, emails, and text messages).
Creating accurate treatment estimates based off of the patient's insurance plan.
Misc. tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring a presentable and organized office, processing patient payments, and striving to maintain a full and productive schedule.
