DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR/RECEPTIONIST

Job Summary

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE: Answering phones, greeting and checking in patients, confirming appointments, calling patients to schedule treatment, verifying patient insurance eligibility, assisting with social media presence, replenishing the office beverage bar, working together to

promote a cohesive team environment, and other administrative duties.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of dental procedures and Dentrix experience.
