Job Description

Private, doctor owned, dental practice in search of a front office lead/OM. We are located in central Phoenix and see PPO/FFS patients only. Must have office managment exp to apply. 

 

EXPERIENCE WITH: 

  1. Dentrix
  2. Insurance verification
  3. Treatment planning and presentation
  4. Dental billing & claims managment
  5. Chart auditing
  6. Patient reports
  7. AR managment 
  8. Staff managment/assist in helping office flow

SKILLS: 

  1. Basic computer skills
  2. Exceptional customer service
  3. Leadership 
  4. Coachability
  5. Email & Fax 

 

Compensation is based on experience. We have benefits offered with PTO, 401k with match, etc.
