Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a full time front office staff member to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.
Position includes:
All aspects front office responsibilities including, but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patient in and out, verifying insurance, presenting ADRA for all treatment plans, discussing insurance benefits, and payment options.
Position requirements:
- 2+ years of current dental experience is required
- Dental assisting certification or history preferred
- Thorough knowledge of DENTRIX and DEXIS
- Excellent knowledge of dental insurance
- Basic computer skills: transcribing letters, scanning, emailing, importing and exporting documents
Applicant Qualities:
- Bilingual preferred: English – Spanish, but not required.
- Detailed Orientated
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communicator that expresses compassion and professionalism
Work days and hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
We have alternating shifts: 6:20 am - 4:00 pm or 8 am - 5:30 pm.
