Front Office Position - Rancho Santa Fe

3 year old office in Rancho Santa Fe is looking for a new Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk person to join our team! We are a small boutique office in Rancho Santa Fe with an easy going pace that pays special attention to customer care and the patient experience.

This candidate will be responsible for all aspects of treatment planning, scheduling, and working with our third party billing company to follow up on claims. We are also open to Dental Assistants looking to make a jump to the front desk.

Job Requirements

Dental front desk experience
Computer savvy
Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Positive and friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently
Great at problem solving
Excellent customer service skills
Great communication skills
Open Dental experience is a plus
Organized
Accountable
