Responsibilities

Seeking caring, fun-loving, high integrity front office assistant for our modern, established private dental office in Chandler. We work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday (by appointment only), with 2-3 days off depending on the schedule. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, holiday pay and bonuses. We want the right person to join a great team! Dental assistants that want to learn the front office are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need some knowledge of dental procedures and patient communications software programs. They will also need to have motivation for effective scheduling abilities, being able to keep the schedule productive for doctor and hygienists. Excellent customer service skills, great phone presence and energy, solid multitasking and organizational abilities, professional business appearance and demeanor are a must.
