Here are some specifics that would make you a great fit with us:
• Possess 2 years Dental Office Management experience, preferably with at least two years in a multi-doctor practice,
• Mastery-level experience in managing and motivating team members,
• Passion for customer service with an understanding of how to maximize the patient experience,
• In-depth understanding of how to productively schedule a multiple doctor practice,
• Able to establish and manage well-organized office systems,

• Accurate and proficient with dental terminology and insurance billing,
