We are looking for a professional, caring, and goal oriented treatment plan coordinator to support our dentists.  This position is responsible for educating the patient on both dental treatments and financial options,

Jobs Requirement

1.  3 years' experience with Dental Treatment Coordinator or 3 years experience with custormer services or sales
2. Self motivated and ambitious sales attitude
3. excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing and friendly personality

Responsibilities

1. Obtain high treatment plan acceptance by educating the patient on the diagnosis treatment, cost, insurance coverage and financial options
2. Exceed patient expectations in customer services
3. Explain treatment plans for the patients
4. Complete insurance verification prior to patients visit to determine coverage and benefit limits
5. offer patient alternative means of payment 
6. communicate and keep patients informed throughout the visit
