Treatment coordinator, Dental Specialty

We are a growing Orthodontic practice looking for a bright, friendly individual to accent our team. Our treatment coordinator is the face of our practice in the office and the first point of contact for all new patients seeking treatment. Our candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance. We have a prodigious reputation in our communities and are looking for professionals that are devoted to maintaining that reputation. Position responsibilities:

• Answer phone and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out, process payments
• Maintain patients records up to date
• Email correspondence with patients and referring doctors

• Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office is a plus
