Responsibilities
- Providing excellent patient care.
- Recording treatment information in patient records.
- Document dental history of chief complaint, document lab procedures and ensure follow-up on results.
- Evaluate overall health, examining and cleaning oral cavity, looking for signs of periodontal disease or possible cancers, including sores, recessed or bleeding gums, and oral lesions.
- Prepare patients for oral examination and assist other dental professionals in providing treatment.
