Dental Receptionist

Dental group in Upland, Ca seeking experienced, friendly and motivated front office receptionist for busy dental office. Must have an outgoing friendly personality, work well with others, be computer literate and have excellent customer service skills. Friendly staff and dentists. • Have 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist in a dental practice.
• Have working understanding of insurance verification for PPO, HMO and Denti-Cal Insurance.
• Some experience presenting treatment plans is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and dismissing patients

2. Answer phones

3. Schedule patient appointments

4. Verifying insurance eligibility

5. Sending patient forms electronically
