We are a a family-owned dental practice, focusing on 5-star patients experience and high quality dental care. We provide a wide range of general dentistry services for our patients in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, and we foster a great job environment for our team. Numerous members of our team have been with us for 20 years or more, and many team members have rejoined the team due to the family-feel work environment. We are a high-tech office with CEREC machines, CBCT, and a 3D printer.

We are looking for a dental assistant to join our multi-doctor team in our Escondido group practice. We are open 5.5 days per week, and we are primarily looking for an RDA who can work Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday is a shorter, 5-hour day). This is a full-time position, expecting 32-38 hours per week. Please contact us to learn more! Compensation is expected at $24-28, depending on credentials, skill, and experience.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist the dentist during chairside dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take dental x-rays
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns
- Manage patient records and update medical documentation
- Schedule patient appointments
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

```Requirements```
- Dental assisting experience is preferred

- X-Ray License
- Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
