Job Description

Gateway Dental Care is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a general private practice. We also do orthodontics and oral surgery (IV Sedation).

Self Motivated, dependable, team player with exceptional communication skills .

Responsibilities

Verify Dental Insurance
Present treatment plans
Complete daily task without having to be followed up on
Communicate and follow up with correspondence with specialty office
Update payment tables
Use Gateway Dental Care Systems that are in place
Balance deposits from days prior

Must be willing to work every other Saturday.
Our office hours are
Monday- Thursday 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30PM
Rotating shifts:
Week one: Monday , Wednesday (10-5) , Thursday and Saturday (6:30-3:30) (40 hrs )
Week Two: Monday , Wednesday (10-5) , Thursday and Friday (6:30-3:30) (39 hours)
** Either week is ok to not work Wednesday's, Optional)
