Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated Mesa team.

Our doctors specialize in a full range of dental procedures,
from General and Cosmetic Dentistry to Dental Implants
Treatments and Periodontics.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Thursday 8-5, Wednesdays 10-7

Who We're Looking For

Our dental front office associates are the heart of our practice – they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care.  We are looking for a dedicated associate that enjoys working in a fast paced enviroment. We are willing to train the right person even if they don't have expierence. 

Responsibilities

Duties include:

- Manage front desk activities such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Insurance verification, insurance knowldege 
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies
- Handle scheduling appointments and perform data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping
