Front Desk/Patient Coordinator

Join our beautiful, modern office across from Desert Ridge Marketplace! Beautifully designed and using some of the latest technology, we provide high-quality care in a small, intimate environment. We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier only and FFS. We have the best patients and are looking for a STAR player to join our team!

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years dental experience and well-versed in Dentrix and insurance billing/verification. You will be in charge of all front desk responsibilities due to a smaller office setting. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing appointments, answering the phone, welcoming and greeting patients on their arrival, updating patient charts, follow up on insurance claims, managing continuing care appointments, confirming appointments, presentation of treatment plans for patients, comfortable discussing financing and helping patients understand their financial obligation prior to treatment.
