Job Description

Our dental practice located in Chula Vista, California is seeking a Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our amazing team!

Duties for our Dental Front Office Receptionist include:

Greeting all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
Checking in and checking out patients
Scheduling appointments
Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
Recare calls when needed
Check dental insurance eligibility. Understanding of PPO dental insurance is a must.
Discuss treatment plans, explain copayment portions, and payment options to patients.
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus

To be considered for this position please have at least 1 full year of working as a dental front desk assistant in a dental practice, be reliable, friendly and customer service oriented.
Knowledge of Dentrix is a must.
