Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a super friendly, Dental experienced Patient Coordinator. The candidate will be outgoing, customer service oriented and a wonderful team player. You must have Dental Experience and Dentrix software proficient.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling Dental Patients
- Managing the Doctor's schedule and Hygienist's schedule
- Create accurate Treatment Plans
- Present Treatment Plans to patients
- Schedule all treatment
- Collecting all fees at time of service (co-pays and fee for service)
- Submit accurate insurance claims
- Insurance follow up
- Be reliable
- High attention to detail
