Surgical Dental Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant for our fast paced office located at Tatum and the 101 open Monday through Thursday. Oral Surgery experience is preferred and Prosthodontic assisting or an extensive dental/implant background would be great as we are willing to put all effort into the right person. Our doctors and staff are extremely talented and genuinely wonderful human beings and make working here fun and rewarding. 

Job duties and responsibilities: 

All components of maintaining an Oral and Maxillofacial surgery position from beginning to end - a detailed list can be given but the daily life of an oral and maxillofacial assistant is pretty straightforward. 

Experience: 

Oral Surgery Experience preferred but not required 

Requirements ( if you don’t meet all requirements, don’t worry, we can make it happen): X-ray license 

CPR 

Bonus skills!! 

Experience working with sedated patients and training in emergency procedures ACLS 

Oral and Maxillofacial Certification- DAANCE, CALAAOMS or equivalent IV Certification
