Dental Treatment Coordinator/Management

 We are looking for a high energy experienced treatment coordinator who can take our practice to the next level. The candidate should be very professional; have initiative, drive, and ambition. He or she must have be customer service oriented, as well as a team player. Experience with Dentrix is recommended. Duties include but are not limited to:

-- Posting and creating insurance claims
-- Knowledge of Insurance Plans
-- Posting payments
-- Discuss patients balances and Collect patient portions
-- Access and document patient's dental records
-- Daily reports and balancing account
-- Schedule appointments, maintain records, send bills, answer phones.

High school diploma or GED required

Strong verbal and written skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Outstanding phone skills

Willing to pursue continuing education in this line of work
