An energetic treatment coordinator who can perform the following tasks:
• Educate patients on the benefits of receiving proper dental care.
• Effectively and confidently offer 3rd party finance options such as Care Credit
• Follow-up on all unaccepted treatment plans via telephone and other electronic communications.
• Completely understand PPO, HMO, DentiCal, and Cash paying patients treatment plans.
• Assist in daily operations of the front office team as needed
. • Monitor and progressively work to achieve Production and Collection Goals
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance.
• Conduct and Present all Treatment Consultations for patients in a confident manner.
• Ability to present treatment plans ranging from $100.00-$10,000+ Requirements & Skills
• Extensive dental experience.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Treatment Coordinator in another dental office
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience working with Eaglesoft
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Customer Service and Case Acceptance
• Excellent communication skills.
