2002. The office in Yorba Linda, CA was founded in 2014 and
provides personalized dental care for everyone. We make
visiting the dental office a comfortable and pleasurable
experience. Our goal is to become your #1 healthcare
professional and the best office to care for you as well as your
family and friends’ oral health. At Shannon Oh Jamison, DDS
treating our guests like family is our Ultimate Goal.

treating the guest like family. You are genuinely interested in
the guest, love getting to know people and have a keen
memory for names and faces. You pay attention to what makes

You are responsible for the guest experience every step of the

comfortable environment and a clean and tidy office. You work

A day in the life:
- You deliver all areas of the guest experience in the office
- You greet each guest with enthusiasm and introduce
guests to office and explain procedures if necessary
- You handle all guest issues calmly, with ease and with the
guest’s best interest in mind.
- You remember guest information and encourage them to
complete treatment that is necessary for their optimum
oral health.
- Throughout the day, you keep sterilization area clean and
tidy, restock rooms as necessary, help your team as
necessary.
- Clean and re-prep rooms for guests in an efficient and
thorough manner.
- Inventory tasks as assigned: receiving and processing
supplies, discrepancies, notifying of need of reorders,
managing lab cases.
- Assist doctor with treatment as necessary, taking care to
ensure patient comfort at all times.
