Dental Front Desk Position

Our dynamic dental office is searching for the perfect person to join our front desk team! Our multi-specialty practice provides dental care for infants, children, teens, those with special needs, and family orthodontics. We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, hardworking team player who is great with both children and adults, and is willing to learn both aspects of our practice. We are seeking a candidate that is kind, self-motivated and dedicated to their job. Our office is open Monday -Thursday and is committed to providing quality pediatric dentistry and orthodontic care.

Responsibilities:
Checking in and Checking out patients
Scheduling
Appointment Confirmations
All patient communication which includes phone calls, emails, and text messaging service
Insurance Verification
Maintaining front office cleanliness and appearance

Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of prior dental front office experience (Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is a plus).
• Dentrix software experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and financial skills. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
