Front Desk Team Member

We are a privately owned dental office providing excellent comprehensive dental care in Gilbert. We are looking for an experienced dental front office manager to join our exceptional dental team. The available position is full-time. Qualified candidate may start immediately. We are a fast paced office so you must be able to multitask.

The responsibilities and duties for this position include: Answering phone, scheduling patients, greeting (check-in) & dismissing (check-out) patients, collecting & posting payments, verifying dental insurance coverage, generating end-of-day reports.

Skills and experience required:
- Positive Team-Player who takes great pride in patient care and doing the job right
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and accountable
- 5+ years in dental front office working experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge and Experience in Dentrix software is a preferred
- Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a plus
