Responsibilities
- Concierge style check in - offer/make drinks, hand wax and other amenities
- Check out, collect, provide information about visit future visits.
- Manage social media, from taking pictures, posting and responding to patients
- Manage front and back flow
- Maintain front area clean and presentable
- Insurance verifications
- Recall calls
- Help with sterilizing / cleaning rooms when needed
