Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a Periodontal Specialty Practice who has been in the Community for over 30 years.
Our Surgical Team consists of two Doctors who work alongside an Experienced Professional Team in a State-of-the-Art Facility.
We embrace a family oriented atmosphere, of individuals with a strong work ethic, who have the ability to learn quickly and a desire to improve and adapt in a team oriented practice.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a F/T Periodontal Treatment Coordinator with Good Communication Skills and thorough knowledge of Computers, who adapts well in a Team Oriented
Environment and is looking for a career.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the Reception Room, Greeting the Patients and Notifying the Back Office Team that the Patient has arrived.
Case Presentations including Financial Arrangements
Appointment Scheduling and Coordinating appointments with referring offices
Extensive Phone Answering as well as taking new patient information and contacting
referring offices for diagnostic radiographs.
Retrieving and filing of patient charts and miscellaneous other responsibilities
