Lead Dental Assistant

We are looking to add a Lead Assistant to our growing family practice. We have two locations, and our central Phoenix office is where the need is. Our amazing younger female Dr. is super easy to work with and SHOCKER....is a dentist with a great personality! She is looking to work with an amazing assistant and wants a right hand person to bounce ideas off of and share the daily work. You'll find Dr. doing instruments and cleaning a room if things get busy.

EXPERIENCE is needed in all aspects of general dentistry. We place implants so a knowledge in this area would be a huge bonus, but not required!

You would be the only assistant for the short time the schedule is expanding, so we need those organizational and multitasking skills! We do want to add a 2nd assistant as soon as possible, so those lead assistant skills will be really needed as we continue to grow.

You must be detail oriented, self motivated, compassionate. Have the confidence to explain procedures thoroughly.

There are many "jobs" out there for assistants, but what we do offer is the ability to practice what you know without micro-management and others telling you what to do every moment. Here, your experience and abilities are allowed to be practiced, utilized and are valued.

Mondays through Thursdays, no evenings. Vacations. Holidays. Sick
days, and flexible time off if you needed it. Salary is dependent on experience.
