Temp Front Desk coverage needed June 1 in our dental office

Established, state of the art private practice in Arcadia is looking for an outgoing, friendly self-starter to be the face of our practice during a medical leave of approximately 2 months.

2+ years of dental front office experience and Dentrix proficiency preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.

Comfortable with all aspects of front office responsibilities such as: Scheduling and managing appointments, managing continuing care, confirming appointments, initial telephone conversations, great phone skills sounding professional on the phone, welcoming and greeting patients on their arrival, updating patient charts, insurance verification.

Skills in treatment planning, achieving patient acceptance, and collection of patient co-pays, processing checks, managing aging reports, and other reports will be a big plus.

Possibility for a long term position may exist.
