Job Description

Our office is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team that's led by a caring, high regarded dentist and supported by a friendly staff that is truly patient oriented.

Applying candidates should have a MINIMUM of 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A DENTAL FRONT OFFICE (and prior back office experience would be preferred).

This position will be handling the following front office operations:

- Patient scheduling and recall

- Insurance verification and benefits eligibility (in network and out of network)

- Accounts Receivables and Collections

- Billing statements

- Treatment Planning

- All responsibilities pertaining to front office operations, i.e., posting payments, patient inquires, scheduling, marketing, etc.
