Front Desk needed in our dental office

We are in need of an amazing  Scheduling Coordinator to help our growing office in Tempe!

Job description:
-Welcome patients 
-Answer Phones, take/check phone and email messages
-Keep patient records and information current including specialist referrals 
-Keep schedule full and recare up to date
-Verify patient insurance-Communicate schedule changes to appropriate provider - review the schedule prior to day of appointment and identify any information pertinent to appt (balances owed, unscheduled tx , updates to patient information (family file, insurance, email, etc) 

Must-have Requirements for Applicants: 
One year experience scheduling dental patients using Dentrix software Excellent communicator and problem solver Understand templates and scheduling rules while remaining flexible 
Helpful and courteous Interested in learning and contributing knowledge
