Our growing office provides general dentistry services as well as more high-end cosmetic procedures. We provide all phases of dentistry, including cosmetic and implant dentistry, in a low stress environment to fee-for-service and insurance patients.
Our office has a large income potential. We have top-of-the-line equipment. Our staff is experienced and well trained to run the day-to-day duties of the practice, so our dentists can focus on doing excellent dentistry. Basic duties include:
- Making patients feel comfortable and relaxed during treatments.
- Educate and advise the patient on general oral hygiene and needed care.
- Properly care for patient records in a confidential and professional manner.
- Diagnose with honesty and integrity.
- Provide training for assistants and hygienists as needed.
- Act as back-up for other dentists as needed.
- Set an example of efficient time management and encourage others to follow.
- Exercise tact and be considerate of others.
- Follow through on reporting accuracy as it relates to insurance and patient billings.
- Maintain a clean work environment, and work with staff to improve when necessary.
