Surgical Dental Assistant needed for busy periodontal practice

Private Periodontal practice in Scottsdale/North Phoenix area seeking experienced surgical assistant with front office capabilities. Full time position from Tuesday through Friday hours from 8-5. Must be experienced, motivated, a team player, efficient, CPR & x-ray certified, and willing to step in when needed. Duties include, but not limited to; reviewing and updating patient health history, assisting the Doctor during examinations, Oral/IV sedation and surgical procedures, breaking down and setting up rooms, sterilization of instruments, taking impressions/pouring up models, reviewing/reiterating treatment plans/options, taking and developing x-rays & 3-D scans, inventory, scheduling continuing care, treatment, and post op appointments. Office uses Dentrix software and Dexis imaging with phosphor plates.
