DENTAL FRONT OFFICE TEAM MEMBER

DENTAL FRONT OFFICE TEAM MEMBER -- Established, state of the art private practice surrounding by Golf/Resort community is looking for an outgoing, friendly self-starter to be the face of our practice and room for growth! Position is full time M - Th.
5+ years of dental front office experience and Dentrix proficiency required.
Comfortable with all aspects of front office responsibilities such as: Scheduling and managing appointments, managing continuing care, confirming appointments, initial telephone conversations with new patients, welcoming and greeting patients on their arrival, updating patient charts, insurance verification. Skills in treatment planning, achieving patient acceptance, and collection of patient co-pays, processing checks, managing aging reports, and other reports also needed.
BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) a big plus but not necessary.
The ideal candidate would be extremely motivated, with a professional appearance, punctual, dependable, team player with the ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail and working the schedule.
