Fountain Valley Dental is looking to add an additional Front Office for our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal skills, customer service, and dental insurance knowledge.

Experience & Qualifications:
1. Insurance terminology with benefits and limitations
* Account Management by Insurance aging, and account aging
* How to submit dental claims

2. Perfect Day Scheduling
* Presenting Treatment Plans
* Scheduling Strategies
* Both Restorative and Hygiene Schedules

• Ability to facilitate treatment plans and schedule patients

Position Requirements:
• Practice Days are Monday - Friday
• Position is full time with a weekly schedule of 4 days.
• Practice Hours 8:00 - 5:00 with opening by 7:30am, and closing by 5:30pm.
• Must be able to work a min of 32 - 40 hours per week.
