Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

Our offices’ pursuit for excellence and commitment starts with a team-minded approach, so applicants must be energetic and motivated to grow with our dynamic and friendly offices. Open M-F 9am-6pm and one Saturday (8am-2pm) a month. Must be able to work at both locations (Moorpark & Fillmore)

Responsibilities

Front Office Position Duties: Person must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a dental front office setting (bilingual is a PLUS) and familiar with dental terminology as applies to duties. Duties may include but are not limited to the following responsibilities...

Greet each patient in a friendly and professional matter; Answer phones and reply to messages; Check patients' insurance eligibility and benefits; Collect payments; Call and remind patients of appointments; Be called upon to help in the back office when and/if needed; Be able to take direction and be a "team" player!
