- be the first WOW! representation of our office whom a patient is in contact with when either calling or entering our office
- serving our patients with help to any questions/answers and appointment needs
- creating and filling appointments
- treatment plan presentation
- clear and concise financial arrangement presentation
- financial arrangements and collections
- front desk organization and processing
- managing front office responsibilities
- keeping the front office area sparkly clean and tidy
