Our fast paced, team oriented dental practice is seeking a receptionist for 3-4 days per week. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, professional multi tasker. Must be self motivated with great communication skills. Looking for someone who delivers exceptional patient service. Dentrix knowledge preferred. 3+ years of experience preffered.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the duties of daily office operations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dental front desk area
- Greet patients warmly, help them fill out forms, and advise them of office policies and patient care procedures
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments and make reminder phone calls
- Calculate fees, coordinate financial agreements, and process payment including cash and credit card transactions
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
