Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a steady paced modern dental office. We deeply care for our patients and their comfort while in the office is our number one priority. We have a full schedule, but we also see emergency patients as well. If we have a patient calling with an emergency due to trauma, pain from an abscess or swelling, we feel that it is our duty to make sure they are seen in our office the same day to relieve them from pain. We do not care what type of insurance they have (private, state or cash).
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for dedicated, self motivated, and experienced dental assistants. Knowledge of dentrix and dexis is an asset and also knowledge of a second language is also a benefit for our patients. We are looking for someone who wants to work in our office and not Have To Work. Someone who is empathetic, detail oriented and takes their job seriously and able to take the lead and direct care in the back would be very successful at this job. Lastly their xray skills should be absolutely awesome. We are looking for a candidate to work 2 days at our Portland office near 122nd Ave near Glisan and Halsey and 3 days in Vancouver near the Vancouver Mall. We would also consider individuals for Part time positions at both locations.

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities are shared and we all work as a team but mainly assist Dr. with all aspects of general dentistry, sterilize rooms, take xrays and enter treatment plans into the patient chart, make temporary crowns, cord packing, take impressions and etc. We are willing to train the right candidate.
