Our 35+ years family dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
A private practice run by the family: Dr. Harry (GP), Dr. Jessica (GP), and Dr. Jeff (Endo). Our manager has also been with us for 35+ years, and current staff have worked for as much as 13 years. We serve the LA area, but often have patients who commute long distances to be seen (i.e. Inland Empire, OC, Nor-Cal, Las Vegas). We are referral-based, and treat generations of families.
Who We're Looking For
Someone with front desk experience who is able to manage office flow and can multitask; understands dental insurances and finances; is flexible when needs arise; able to reorient depending on changing priorities. It is also important that a our front desk is personable and enjoys building good relationships with patients.
