Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a fast paced, 2 doctor practice looking for a long term team member. We are open M-Th but do work an occasional Friday.
Who We're Looking For
A confident, self starter who works well under pressure and is able to communicate efficiently with patients and team members. A team member that is familiar with Dentrix and has at least 3 years Dental Front Office experience (however will consider less for the right candidate). The ability to multi-task and a familiarity with computers is important.

Responsibilities
- Check Patients In/Out
- Answer Phones
- Scheduling
- Recall - working the list and keeping hygiene schedules full
- Verify insurance benefits
- Confirmation Calls
- Update and Scan patient information/updates
- Treatment planning as needed
- Back-up Office Manager with treatment presentation/scheduling when needed
- Familiarity with social media (we will eventually ask that you assist with social media management/posts)
- Manage email and correspondence from specialists
