Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. 

Friendly General Dental office staff looking for an enthusiastic member to join our team. The most ideal candidate would have a fantastic personality, a positive attitude, a health centered philosophy, be detail-oriented, a quick-learner and able to take directions. You should be good with numbers and know how to read insurance EOBs as well as understand terms from them. You would be responsible for answering phones, filling schedule, confirming appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, data entry and linking proper insurance coverage to our patients files, presenting treatment plans, scheduling, checking patients in and out, collecting payments and entering into patient's account, billing insurance companies and other needs that arise in the office. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and high level of computer literacy. We are a paperless office so rely heavily on your computer and communication skills with the patients as well as with the team. You must be articulate and able to communicate effectively. Dental front office experience is REQUIRED. SoftDent experience and x-ray license is PREFERRED.
