Private practice general dentistry

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Rock Star Dental Administrator with back-office experience and has a passion for dentistry. Attention to detail, utilizing your knowledge, and skillset as an administrator, while working in a fast-paced environment, is essential. If you have a positive attitude, strong relationship/communication skills, and a genuine concern for people.... we are looking for you!! The ability to provide our patients with exceptional care, and attention, while having fun in a professional environment is a must. Work hours M-F with some Saturdays with alternating Friday off.

Responsibilities

Provide patients with exceptional care and attention
Check in and out patients - collect co pay's
Treatment plan and schedule appointments
Answer multiple phone lines.
Maintain the practice schedule
