The Smile Institute positions itself as a premier dental practice in North Peoria, AZ with advanced dental procedures, modern equipment, best customer care as well as a very professional and fun team. Applicants should have experience working as a Dental Treatment Coordinator for least 1 year, great customer service skills and knowledge of dental insurance claims process.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Answering incoming calls
Making outbound calls
Checking patients In/Out
Verifying insurance
Entering insurance correctly into the system (% of coverage, limitation, fee schedule)
Calculating correct amount of co-payment
Figuring out the reason for any outstanding's on the patient's account
Scanning documents
Sorting mail
Other miscellaneous front office tasks

START DATE: ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

SCHEDULE:

Monday: 10am to 7pm
Tuesday: 8:30am to 5pm
Wednesday: 8:30am to 5pm
Thursday: 11:00am to 7pm
Friday: 8:30am to 5pm
